Welcome Tanium Developers!

Here you will find all the resources you need to be the most successful when partnering with Tanium and creating an integration. Getting customer feedback on integration use cases really helps ensure partners are solving the right problems. Tanium has several modules, so understanding the right solution using the correct modules is key.

These guides will help you navigate the process of building your Tanium integration, from design and development to submission and deployment.

1. Lab Setup

The first step is to get your Tanium lab set up so that you can begin to get familiar with the platform and have a place to develop your integration. Instructions for getting an integration license and setting up your lab can be found here.

2. Planning

Next, you'll want to check out our Integration Methods so you can choose the one that makes the most sense for your solution. If want to know what data Tanium makes available about managed endpoints, this Sensor Inventory contains the list of available data across all Tanium modules.

3. Integrate

Once you have a design in mind, leverage the How-To Guides and API References to build your integration. If you need help or have any questions, head over to the Developer Forum where the Tanium developer community can assist. As you build your integration, please follow Tanium's integration developer guidelines so that you can avoid rejection during the review process.

5. Market

Once you have a Tanium-approved integration, you will move into the Ready partner tier. Take a look at our Program Guide and Marketing Guide to see what we offer to help you take your solution to customers. We'd love to get your company listed on our Technology Alliance Partners Page.

4. Submit

After your integration is developed and tested, you'll submit it to Tanium for review here. We'll set up a meeting with you to demo your integration and review the design and API usage. Tanium will notify you of approval or if any changes are required.
